RETURN INFORMATION

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

The return period is valid for 15 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be in the same condition as when it was received.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are eligible for return.

Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

Return Process:

Contact our Customer Support team at hola@casa-ame.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.

Carefully package the item with all original tags, labels, and packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the package to the provided return address using a trackable and insured shipping method. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

Inspection and Approval:

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the item is found to be in the same condition as when it was received, we will proceed with processing your return.

Store Credit:

Upon approval of your return and at your election, you will be issued a refund or store credit for the purchase amount, excluding any original shipping charges. The store credit can be used towards your future purchases on our website.

Exclusions:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

In cases where the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will contact you to discuss available options.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and provide a replacement or store credit as per your preference.
